This beautifully decorated, warm, cozy studio condo is located 1.5 miles from Eagle Lodge at 2289 Sierra Nevada Rd. Completely remodeled, our studio condo has a full kitchen and 1 full bath. This condo is located on the ground floor in the well maintained and newly painted complex of Mountain Shadows. FREE green line shuttle (to/from Eagle Lodge) stop #33 is right outside the complex. We are only 2 blocks from shops, restaurants, movie theaters and Von's supermarket.

This studio sleeps up to 4 people with 1 queen bed and a queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress, all with down comforters. No cramped bunk beds here! The kitchen is fully equipped with new stove/oven, new microwave, and a full-size refrigerator (no dishwasher). The kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, serving ware, utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, etc. We also have an endless hot water heater so EVERYONE has a nice HOT shower after a long day on the slopes! (Many other studios only have 30 gal. water heaters).

We offer FREE high-speed wireless internet access, complementary coffee and assorted teas, a 26" LCD TV with DVD/CD player with DVD library, wood burning stove (wood included), telephone (local calls only), one large closet and one smaller closet for storing all your luggage and gear (that is vary important in a studio) and a book swap library - bring an old book and swap with one of ours.

This condo is our vacation home and is privately owned and managed. We strive to provide a clean comfortable atmosphere at a good value. This is a non-smoking unit. We allow pets (2 small or 1 large). Must be 21 years or older to rent.

Please note this is a privately owned condo, not a hotel. There is no front desk or concierge to assist you with checking in. After booking you will receive an email with directions, unit number, and lock box combo. Please do not leave for Mammoth without this information.
