Guest Searches for Properties
Starting from the "Vacation for Next to Nothing" tab, the guest will locate properties from listings.
From within each property's page, the guest can submit their inquiry.
Start with Ready! ... then progress through Likely to Ask
After submitting an inquiry, your data is carried forward to your next submission, ready to be customized for your next inquiry.
If you find a Ready! that works for you, book it. Because the owner specifically set the Ready!, you can expect them to complete the reservation.
Secondly, find between 5 and 10 properties where you can submit Likely inquiries.
Thirdly, find between 10 and 30 properties where you can submit Ask inquiries. Because the response of a host is unpredictable, don't limit your inquiries. If you don't ask, you will not know.
Dialog

The guest and host communicate all details through a simple dialog system attached to each inquiry/reservation. It is the host that sets the point value for the guest's stay, based on their rental rate.
Agreement Reached

Both the host and guest arrive at a mutual agreement on the details of a proposed reservation.
Host Creates Reservation

The host creates the reservation with the agreed upon information.
Guest Completes Reservation

The Reservation Fee is paid on-line by the guest to iTravex. The points are immediately transferred from the guest account to the host account.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Cleaning/other fees agreed to are paid directly to the host.
