As a host, you are in the driver's seat
You earn iTravex Points for your future travel every time you host a guest in your property.
When responding to a prospective guest's inquiry, you start the dialog which can include alternate nights if the dates the guest is seeking is not available and the point amount you require. The amount of points can be a negotiated process between a guest and host, however the amount usually relates to your normal rent. (Eg: If (3) nights normally rents for $300.00, you would enter 300 and receive that in points).
You can increase the frequency of your iTravex rentals by:
- Frequently adding "Ready! Offers" to earn points for your known vacancies.
- Ensuring "My Notification Settings" are correct. Use the (Test Notification Now) button to ensure you are receiving all emails.
- Responding in a timely manner to any guest making inquiries on your property. Potential guest's phone numbers are on their inquiry in the details section located at the top right.
If you have not accumulated enough points to travel from hosting alone, you can also purchase points.
